Stop chasing certificates of insurance by hand.
Forward or upload certificates of insurance from your subcontractors and vendors. CertDesk reads the ACORD 25s, tracks every expiration, emails vendors before they lapse, and flags anything unclear for a human to review, so you are not trusting a robot on the important calls.
$99/mo flat, up to 300 vendors, 14-day trial. No credit card required. No setup calls: onboarding happens by email. CertDesk is certificate-of-insurance tracking for the vendors and subcontractors a contractor or property manager hires. Teams with more than 300 vendors should contact support@certdeskcoi.com for custom pricing.

How it works
Built for the office manager or property manager who is tracking certificates of insurance in a spreadsheet and an inbox.
Send us your COIs
Forward PDFs to your private intake address, or bulk-upload your current folder. Vendors can email renewals straight in.
We read and track them
Policy dates, carriers, coverage types, and limits are pulled from ACORD 25 certificates and checked against your requirements per vendor type.
Chase and flag
Vendors get polite renewal emails 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry. Anything ambiguous goes into a needs human review queue instead of being marked compliant.
What we will not claim
A certificate of insurance is informational only. The policy and its endorsements control coverage. Additional-insured status depends on the endorsement itself, not on a checkbox on the ACORD form.
So CertDesk never tells you a vendor is "fully covered." It tells you what the certificate says, what's missing or expiring, and what needs a person (you, or your insurance agent) to look at. We're a tracking tool, not insurance or legal advice.
Why not a free tier or Procore?
Free COI tools usually stop at roughly 25–50 vendors. Enterprise tools are sales-led and priced per vendor. Construction suites bundle COI tracking inside much bigger contracts.
CertDesk is for the middle: 50–300 vendors, a small office, no implementation project, flat pricing.
We're running a short pilot to find out whether that middle really exists. If a free tier already works for you, tell us. That's useful too.

| Does | Doesn't |
|---|---|
| Read dates, limits, carriers from ACORD 25 | Interpret endorsements as final |
| Chase vendors by email | Call or text your vendors |
| Flag missing or low limits and expirations | Certify coverage or compliance |
| Keep an audit trail of every certificate | Replace your insurance agent |
Request a pilot spot
We're taking a small number of pilot customers. Tell us a bit about your setup and we'll reply by email. Sending this form does not confirm a spot.
Questions
Do I need a demo or setup call?
No. Onboarding is by email: send your requirements (or use our defaults) and your current COIs, and we'll load them.
What happens with certificates you can't read?
They go to the "needs human review" queue with a note on what's unclear. Nothing gets marked compliant on a guess.
Do you check additional-insured endorsements?
We record what the certificate claims and flag when an endorsement should be requested or reviewed. Final interpretation stays with you or your agent.
What if a free tier already covers us?
Then use it. The pilot is for teams with roughly 50–300 vendors where free tiers run out and enterprise tools are overkill. If you are under 50, you can still send the form. Teams with more than 300 vendors should contact support@certdeskcoi.com for custom pricing.
